We seek an experienced Backpack Production Expert to lead technical operations and ensure world-class product quality.
POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a highly skilled Backpack Production Expert with deep technical knowledge, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to excellence. You will work closely with the Bag Factory Manager to oversee all aspects of technical production, optimize workflows, manage quality control, and train and mentor a growing team of skilled sewers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Technical Expertise
- Demonstrate mastery in sewing techniques and flawless execution of diverse sample designs.
- Understand the full bag production process, including identifying opportunities to optimize, combine, or eliminate steps for efficiency.
- Have strong knowledge of backpack and bag materials and their appropriate uses.
- Review product specifications and check patterns with attention to detail.
- Apply best practices in fabric cutting standards and techniques.
Leadership & Team Development
- Provide clear and effective guidance to production teams to reduce errors and promote satisfaction.
- Optimize personnel allocation on production lines for the best output.
- Identify and develop team members’ strengths to enhance performance.
- Lead by example to inspire motivation, respect, and long-term engagement.
Critical Thinking & Organizational Excellence
