Garment

Embroidery
Our embroidery division utilizes computerized machines to create high-quality embroidery patches and logos. We use a variety of SWF and Tajima machines with different configurations. With a variety of configurations.
Accessory
Our company specializes in manufacturing a variety of accessory cords, including circular and flat designs, as well as elastic bands. We produced the accessories according to the specific color and design preferences of our clients. Our accessory cords are used for different applications, such as shoelaces, bags, and clothing.
Our Process
Cutting Department
Equipped with conventional spreading equipment including four 40 ft. tables for marking, spreading, cutting, and bundling. We have the newest Gerber GtXL cutters with a vacuum table and the latest Gerber software for precision cutting of both small parts and shell material.
Sewing Production
Once an order is cleared by the quality control unit, the finishing unit proceeds with ironing, packing and other finishing work according to the customer’s specifications
Quality Control
Our quality control staff is trained and consists of experts on in-process quality system checks and final audit inspections. We take proactive measures to insure that no order or garment leaves our facility without being first inspected in every operation process. Quality starts with inspecting the spread goods. Later each sewing line has production managers which inspect each in-process bundle of each operation. Later, inspected again by our quality auditors to ensure there are no defects on the garments. An order is released for shipment only after completion of our general & dimensional quality audit and the buyer’s quality control unit.

Desta provides some of the finest stitching and needlework available in Ethiopia. The embroidery unit uses sophisticated, computerized machines to produce high-quality patches and logos. We utilize SWF and Tajima machines with a variety of configurations.
Shipping
Once an order is ready for shipment, orders are processed and shipped to the appropriate destinations using the customer’s preferred shipping method. All garments are shipped according to the customer’s specifications.
